We retain personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are determined based on the nature of the information and the purpose of collection:

• Contact and inquiry form submissions: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of submission, or until the completion of any resulting engagement
• Client engagement records: Retained for up to seven (7) years following the conclusion of an engagement, as required by applicable accounting and tax legislation
• Website analytics data: Retained for up to two (2) years in aggregated or anonymized form
• Marketing communications data: Retained until you withdraw consent or opt out of receiving communications

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Arvven Inc. does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
